Welcome to The Regulated Dog Club
Welcome to The Regulated Dog Club, a place for dogs with big feelings and the people who love them.
For the dogs who feel everything deeply. The excited ones. The sensitive ones. The curious ones. The frustrated ones. The fearful ones. The anxious ones. The dogs who become overwhelmed by the world around them, and the dogs who are still learning how to navigate it.
Every dog has their own story, their own experiences, and their own way of communicating. At Alpine K9, we take the time to understand the dog in front of us and create an environment where they can develop understanding, connection and resilience with their person.
Because sometimes the biggest breakthroughs begin with something simple: learning how to slow down, process what's happening, and find safety within their nervous system.
Our approach is rooted in three simple ideas:
REST. REGULATE. RESPOND.
Rest creates space to decompress and reset.
Regulate creates the foundation for learning and connection.
Respond builds the skills to navigate everyday life together.
Through thoughtful training, clear communication, gentle guidance and meaningful relationship-building, we help dogs become more comfortable in their world, more capable of handling big feelings, and more connected to the people beside them.
Because a regulated dog isn't a dog who never has big feelings.
It's a dog who is learning what to do with them.
LEASH CAMP
Program

Leash Camp is a focused 2-day training program designed to reset your dog’s relationship with the leash and build calm, connected walking.
Over two structured training days, we work on leash communication, engagement, impulse control, and exposure to real-life distractions, helping your dog learn how to move with you rather than against the leash.
This program goes beyond stopping pulling, it builds clarity, confidence, and regulation, giving you practical skills that carry into everyday walks.
Day Train
Program

Day Train is a focused, relationship-centered program designed to create lasting behavioural change.
Over four structured days (No Overnight Boarding), we guide your dog to develop calm confidence, impulse control, and reliable manners through rewards-based methods, clear communication, and calm leadership.
Each session strengthens understanding between dog and handler, helping your dog learn how to make thoughtful choices and respond consistently, building skills that endure long after the program ends.
Puppy Foundations

Ideal for puppies ready to build the skills, confidence, and emotional foundations they need for everyday life.
Over four full training days, I focus on foundational obedience, engagement, confidence, socialization, environmental exposure, and essential life skills.
Through training games, enrichment, and structured rest, your puppy will build focus, confidence, and emotional regulation.

You’ll receive weekly progress updates and personalized homework to continue training at home.
3 day
Board & Train

The 3-Day Board & Train is a focused training stay designed to build foundational skills, strengthen engagement, and create a clearer connection between you and your dog.
Over three structured days, we work on obedience, leash skills, place, impulse control, engagement, calm behaviour, and everyday manners while introducing your dog to appropriate distractions and new environments.
This program is a great starting point for building better communication and creating a foundation you can continue developing together at home.
5 day
Board & Train

The 5-Day Board & Train is a comprehensive training stay designed to build consistency, strengthen foundational skills, and give your dog more time to work through challenges such as reactivity, anxiety, overexcitement, and difficulty settling.
Over five structured days, we build on obedience, leash skills, recall foundations, impulse control, engagement, and calm behaviour while gradually increasing distractions and practising skills in different environments.
With additional time for repetition and reinforcement, this program helps create more reliable habits, clearer communication, and practical skills that can carry into everyday life at home.
7day
Board & Train

The 7-Day Board & Train is our most comprehensive training stay, giving your dog additional time to build skills, work through challenges, and develop greater consistency across different environments and distractions.
Over seven structured days, we build on foundational obedience, leash skills, recall, impulse control, engagement, calm behaviour, reactivity, anxiety, confidence, and everyday manners while providing repeated opportunities to practise and reinforce new skills.

More time means more opportunities for learning, repetition, and consistency. The goal is to help your dog develop skills that can continue to be supported and strengthened long after they return home.

STRUCTURED DAYCARE
Alpine K9 Structured Daycare is intentionally kept small by design. We believe dogs thrive when they have the right environment, the right companions, and the right balance of activity and downtime.
With smaller groups, we can pay attention to what each dog actually enjoys and needs. Some dogs love to explore. Some love to sniff. Some want to play. Some prefer a training game or a quiet enrichment activity. And some simply need space to decompress.
That’s why every day includes a thoughtful mix of enrichment, play, training games, supported socialization and rest.
Enrichment might look like scent games, problem-solving activities, food puzzles, exploration, training games or simply having the freedom to engage with their environment. These experiences give dogs opportunities to think, explore, make choices and use their natural behaviours, not just burn energy.
For dogs with big feelings, the environment matters. A smaller group allows us to notice the little things, support dogs at their individual pace and create experiences that help them feel comfortable and successful.
Small group. Meaningful enrichment. Individual support.
